Career Pathway

Our career pathway at Call Storm breaks down how our appointment setters (callers) take control over their careers. Pick a career where you must grow into more in order to earn more, regardless of tenure.

CALLER

Book 10 appointments in a week, with an average of 8+ which show up.

Expectations:

•Minimum standard of 150 dials per day or 750 dials per week.

•Minimum standard of 10-20 appointments scheduled per week.

•Minimum standard of 60% show ratio.

•A suggested weekly schedule to achieve this is 6 hours a day for 5 days a week.

•Schedule must be communicated the week ahead.

•Mic & Camera must be on during the shift.

•The shift must be on Zoom.

•No internet disruptions (leads & phone calls can’t be accessed without a strong connection).

Projected Earnings:

•75,000 – 120,000 PKR + monthly (based off minimum being met).

REGIONAL CALLER

Recruit, Train and Manage a team of 1-3 callers, while maintaining an average of 8+ appointments which show up per week.

Expectations:

•Actively recruiting (social media / personal recruiting /
interviewing).
•5-day accelerator training given to your new hires.
•Daily EOD review with your team.
•Responsible for their expectations as a Caller being met.

Projected Earnings:

•1-1.75+ lakh (based off yourself and your team hitting minimums). 

Advancement:

•Train and lead one of your teammates to become a Regional caller.

EXECUTIVE CALLER

Responsible for expectations of a Regional Caller being met + your own expectations.

Expectations:

•Manage the entire team (EOD review for the entire team / leadership development / training).

Compensation:

You will receive:
•25% of regional caller bonus.
•20% of direct team.
•10% of indirect team.

Projected Earnings:

•Own appointments + Direct team bonus + In direct team bonus.

•Typical work month 2 + Lakh (based off everyone hitting minimums).

Advancement:

•Promote 2 direct regional callers to qualify for a 20% bonus on the indirect team.

•Promote 3 direct regional callers to qualify for 25% bonus on the entire team.

The rate per allotted dials will increase by $1 every 1
year of tenure with the company.
